Ballett based fitness for everyone
The combination of ballet and fitness exercises tones your entire body, giving everyone a chance to get long and lean muscles that are beautifully defined – like a ballerina’s. In this training, which is actually very strenuous, sweaty and particularly effective, we rely on elegant movements of classical ballet. With regular training, the workout gives you the long-awaited beautiful and defined muscles, an upright posture, elegance and more flexibility. Our Dance Fitness classes are open classes and you can drop-in any time, whether you are a dancer or not, we adjust to your needs – everybody is welcome!
