Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in dance classes offered by Dance Stories (“School”). Please read these Terms carefully before registering.

1. Registration and Enrollment

  • Registration constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
  • All participants must complete a registration form electronically (Registration Form) or in person in the studio.
  • Class placement may be determined by instructor recommendation, and availability of spots in each class.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are listed on the price table on the website and are subject to change.
  • Minimum term for a membership is 3 month.
  • Fees are paid termly in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances (contact us for exceptions, e.g., medical withdrawal with doctor’s note).
  • We accept payment by BIZUM, PayPal, cash, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.

3. Class Attendance and Schedule

  • Class schedules are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
  • Missed classes due to absence will not be refunded.

4. Health and Safety

  • Students must be in good physical health to participate in dance classes.
  • Students/parents/guardians are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions or allergies.
  • The School reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for physical activity.
  • The School is not liable for injuries sustained during class unless due to negligence.

5. Photo and Video Release

  • We may take photos and videos of students during classes, performances, and other School events.
  • These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media pages, and brochures.
  • Your permission is optional. A permission caption will be provided for you within the registration form to grant permission for you or your child’s image to be used for promotional purposes.

6. Termination and Cancellation

  • The School reserves the right to terminate your enrollment for non-payment of fees, disruptive behavior, or violation of these Terms.
  • Students who wish to withdraw from a class must notify the dance school at least fifteen days in advance. In all cases, students are responsible for paying the full cost of the month in which they are withdrawing.
  • For temporary withdrawals, a placeholder fee of €15 per activity and month of absence will be applied to reserve the student’s spot.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The School is not liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
  • The School is not liable for any damages arising from participation in dance classes, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, with particular attention paid to Spanish consumer protection legislation and regulations.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the School with respect to your enrollment in dance classes.
